Colon Cleanse with Friends
I’ve embarked on another colon cleansing experiment, but this time I’ve brought along two of my friends. Relax, this isn’t going where you think. Two of my friends and I are trying out a colon cleansing product called Colonix and I’m going to document the experience.
Having previous experience with colon cleansing I know what to expect somewhat, but I’ve never taken a product like this before. The Colonix website has many testimonials touting great results so all three of us took the plunge and bought a kit. Buying three at once reduces the price of the month kit to only $50.00 as opposed to $75.50.
Disclaimer here: I don’t have any affiliation with Colonix and will be posting everything I experience be it good or bad. So having said that let’s get on with the experiment!
6:15am Took 2 Paranil capsules
6:40am Full scoop Intestinal Cleanser
(supposed to take 1/2 scoop)
7:50am 1st Movement - nothing out of the ordinary
9:30am 2 apples
10:30am 1 apple ( I like apples 
)
12:30pm Salad with chicken
2:45pm 1/2 bag carrots
3:00pm experienced slight cramping
8:00pm Fish and potato
9:30pm Steeped Kleritea for 2 minutes
Overall: No problems to report. I drank plently of water throughout the day probably more than I should have, but you want to make sure you are well hydrated while doing this!

Colonix is one of the best products I’ve ever tried in my life. If someone thinks the product is just ok, they probably didn’t use it right. I can’t believe how much better I feel since trying this products. This is my 2nd week. The amount of energy I have now was never attainable drinking coffee (even though I still do) I just can’t get over how much better and cleaner and healthier this product has made me feel.
1st day nothing, 2nd day - crapped out rubber, 3rd day crapped out rubber, nothing strange ever since but I will continue taking if for the whole 3 mo shibang to get it all out.
I’ve asked 3 different doctors about colon cleansing and they have no comment - which just boggles me. They say it doesn’t do anything but as long as its not hurting me they see nothing wrong with me doing it. I repeat that I can’t tell you how much better I feel since taking the cleanse. I feel like I have the energy I had when I was a little kid.

Im 21 years old, and i started the colonix and toxinout program yesterday. just after i took 1/2 a tablespoon of fiber with fruit juice, i noticed my stomach was making a lot of noise. there was no pain or discomfort, just very noisy. im not sure what it was but the 2 bowel movements i had much later in the day were so small and condensed they were barely worth mentioning. i’ll try and keep posting my results breifly as i go.

I used the product Dual Action Cleanse from www.cleanseyourcolonnow.com… . It wasn’t as rough as I thought it would be as far as cramping or diarrhea, etc. I did go to the bathroom quite a bit. Overall, I’m really glad that I did the cleanse, but I do still have some heartburn. I feel better, my waist is smaller and I am not bloated feeling all the time…which I had a major problem with before the cleanse. How often can I and should I do the colon cleanse program?

I’m on a cleanse called the Detoxologie 30 day internal cleansing system from the www.detoxologie.com… website. I am in my third week at first there was nothing, I was a little bloated for a few days, then…OMG! The long rubbery bowel movements that are commonly discribed started happening. I have two to three bowel movements a day. I’m not a slave to the toilet which is great. I also have a lot more energy. They have a detoxifing bath salt which smells awesome…So far I’m pleased and I’m definitley going to whole 3 months..I’ll keep you posted on my progress. I just ran across this site I’ve never seen it before and I really enjoy all the diferent commnets on the different programs it’s great to compare results

Hi there I’m about to start my colon cleansing program, any idea what I should be expecting? Will it give me diarrhea?
