Colon Cleanse with Friends – Day 13

This morning I woke up without cramping or the the urge to go to the bathroom. I did wake up feeling very hungry though and when I look over what I ate on day 12 I can see why. I was surprised that I didn’t experience any cramping even though I steeped the Kleritea for 9 minutes. Maybe my body has become accustom to it?

6:30am     4 Paranil Capsules
6:40am     1 1/2 scoop Colonix Intestinal Cleanser
6:55am     1st Movement – Ding ding ding! We have a winner!*
7:30am     Smoothie
9:15am     2nd Movement – looked like lettuce, with light and dark color and very bad odor
10:30am   3 apples
11:10am   3rd Movement – looked like lettuce, but with a lot of mucous and faint odor
12:15pm   Chicken fingers
2:45pm     1/2 bag of carrots
7:00pm     4th Movement – solid floater with mild odor
8:35pm     Bag of salted peanuts
10:30pm   Bowl of corn pops (yes, again)
11:30pm   Kleritea (steeped for 9 minutes)

Overall: Another busy day for me both at work and in the bathroom. While at work I’m able to stick to a fairly ordered eating structure and my apple and carrot snacks are conducive to a colon cleansing program. Prior to the Colonix program I would visit the bathroom once or twice a day. Now, I’m probably averaging around three to four times a day. I was also very gaseous for some reason.

*An important thing I’d like to mention is that while I’ve been on the Colonix program I’ve been looking for a specific type of “object” similiar to what Mr. Pink produced on Day 8. I have had success producing this rubbery snake once, but now after doing a lot of reasearch about colon cleansing lately I realized that I probably have removed additional toxic build-up without realizing it (I found pictures of other colon cleansing results). My 1st movment is an example of this and I think it’s important to know what you’re looking for to deem a product effective or not.
