Thanks for the post Cookie!

I used the Yerba cleansing brush for the first time this morning and I felt kinda weird using it. I brushed using long strokes away from my heart and it was somewhat invigorating. I must say that you should definitely brush softly as the bristles are quite rigid. Hey, what's the deal with stroking away from your heart? Why is that? Prior to your colon cleansing did you notice a difference when you started to use the brush?

Great to hear your colon cleanse is progressing nicely. Let Monkey know what happens next.

I have used a cleansing brush for about 2 years. It is shaped
differently but made of the natural fiber. I use it in the shower prior to showering. I start at my shoulders and work my way down. You should use long strokes (don't scrub your skin like you would a toilet!) and brush away from your heart. I find it very invigorating. If you have sensitive skin or are ticklish, you might find it unpleasant as my husband does.

Btw...my cleanse is going well. I am on day 6 and have passed some very interesting things. It's weird...one poop will be normal and the next will look like the swamp thing. I will say
I am feeling much better mentally...bye bye brain fog and I am sleeping well. The tea is enjoyable before bed and I am not a hot tea drinker.

Well I must go poop and exfoliate. Toodles!
