There Must be 60 Ways to Clean Your Colon
I know, I know… It’s 50 ways to leave your lover not 60, but I’m taking creative license here to make this post a bit more interesting. I wanted to recap my second month using Colonix and for some reason this song popped into my head.
As I look back over my second month of using Colonix I would say it wasn’t as productive as the first month in producing colon casts, but that may be due to the fact that I had gotten rid of most of it during the first month. Some people that have posted are experiencing the opposite of this where their second month has been the most productive. I guess it’s different for everyone… just as long as everything comes out in the end.
For those of you using the Colonix program you already know the program is easy to adhere to as it takes very little time to follow. Swallow the Paranil pills, drink the Intestinal Cleanser in the morning and the Kleritea at night. It has become somewhat of a ritual for me.
I’ve gotten to the point that if I dont’ go at least four times a day I think something is wrong. This is quite different than when I started Colonix. Before starting I would go once maybe twice a day.
When my colon cleansing is running on all cylinders I’ll make a deposit very soon after eating a meal. This is both good and bad. The good is that my colon is working properly and IÂ get that empty, light feeling after going. The bad is that I’m not always in a place where I can get to a bathroom quickly.
During this two month colon cleansing experiment I never saw any parasites. It’s quite possible I missed them if they were there, but I didn’t see anything like I’ve seen on the Internet.
Life after Colonix will probably be like it was before I started using it unless I really concentrate on getting enough fiber in my diet. If this is what happens I’ll be fine with it, but I will miss the empty, light feeling I’ve gotten accustom to.

Congratulations, Monkey on your dedication to two months of bathroom adventures! Me and my husband have finished our colon cleanse and are currently doing a liver cleanse. Like the military man, I am seeing mucus blobbies in the bowl (liver cast-offs, I’m assumming).
I’d like to address the issue of intestinal plaque. Not everyone will have plaque on the entire length of their small intestine. It depends solely on diet and whether you’re eating “toxic” foods or not. I was very diligent in keeping track of the length of my cast-offs. If the cleanse was really working and not just “making casts of my intestines” as some try to claim, then in theory I’d release exactly the length of my intestines and no more. The intestines are about 240″ long (20′). I approximated my elimations and they totaled exactly 240″!! And I haven’t seen any since. I am completely cleaned out. My distended stomach has gone down, I’ve lost ten pounds, and I saw worms in my stool. Oddly enough, my husband passed worms on the same day. He lost about 8 pounds as well and has a completely flat stomach again.
Monkey, be glad you didn’t see any parasites! My husband and I were out of the country last year on a cruise and figure we picked up the worms or eggs on the trip. When I saw those worms I really felt like vomiting! But I’m glad they’re dead and out of me!
Now that we’re all clean inside, we’re trying to stay that way by eating more veggies and whole grains, increasing our fiber content and avoiding foods with sugars and preservatives. I tried a Dr. Pepper yesterday and thought it tasted like cough syrup so my taste buds have really changed. And the cesear salad I had for lunch was the most delicious salad I remember eating! So we are very proud of ourselves for completing the cleanse.
Thank you, Monkey for your interesting and honest posts about the cleansing process. It made me feel great that someone else was proud about going 4 times in a day!!
Good luck in the future!

Carolyn,
Good for you and your husband for going down the self-healing road. It sounds like you really did well. 240″ WOW! I applaud you for being so diligent in your measuring. Now that’s dedication! Would you mind telling us how long you were on the program? Was it the full 3 months?
Also on the liver flush, which recipe did you use?
Mr. Monkey,
It sounds like you are there. I am considering not going the full 3 months because my deposits don’t have the ropey stuff in them any more and I’m going about 3 times a day. An indication to me that I’m done.
I, too, want to thank you for sharing all your pottie details these last two months. Inquiring minds want to know and your site was the only place I could find this kind of honesty on this delicate issue.
Oh Carolyn, BTW I’m a female. I have been all my life which is almost as how long as I’ve been in the Army (27 years). LOL I also got my daughter on the progrm. She is thirty. She has had intestinal problems all her life and is finally regular and happy. We just thank our lucky stars we ran into Colonix. Now if only I could get my husband to try it. He thinks we are gross for talking about pooping so much and won’t have anything to do with it. Too bad, he could you it.
Good health to everyone.

I did some experimenting last night and got some results. I steeped my tea earlier in the evening where when I woke up it would be 8 hours later after taking the tea. I woke up with the cramping and a strong urge to go. I produced a small amount of poo but I did get the empty feeling. I also had to go again half an hour later. Taking the tea earlier in the evening didn’t bother me much, I really never get a fu1l 8 hours of sleep anyway.
My daughter is getting weird results in her cleanse. On her 5th day she produced a sausage food baby. She said it looked like a sausage with the outer wrapping (fiber & mucous stuff I’m assumming)surrounding her poo. She is getting her energy back too. She had been getting tired through out the day before she started the colon cleanse. I hope to start seeing some results like hers or some better soon, I’m on day 10 now.
