Colon Cleanse with Friends - Day 45

I didn’t sleep well at all last night (coughing again) and woke up feeling very tired, but not as bad as the day before.

I didn’t have the urge to go in the morning.
6:45am     4 Paranil pills
7:15am     1 scoop Colonix Intestinal Cleanser
7:40am     Smoothie
8:00am     1st Movement - fuzzy floater with bad odor

Colon Cleanse with Friends - Day 44

I didn’t sleep well at all last night as I was coughing terribly the whole time. I forced myself to go to work and was fine for most of the day except the coughing became much more intense. I just can’t seem to shake this bug!
