5 Hour Energy Vitamin Supplement – 1st hour

It’s been an hour since taking the 5 Hour Energy supplement.

The flavor isn’t bad (berry) and it leaves a slight aftertaste that can be removed by drinking some water.

Both Mr. Pink and I opted for the full dosage and I should mention that both of us just came from lunch and we didn’t take this product on an empty stomach.

The verbiage on the bottle states that after taking 5 Hour Energy you may experience a Niacin flush (hot feeling, skin redness). Mr. Pink experienced some of this, but I did not. I did, however, experience a weird dizziness for a minute or two.

During this past hour neither of us had an increase in heart rate (at least none we could detect), but both of us felt more awake. Mr. Pink experienced some ringing in his ears for serveral minutes, but it went away.

That’s it for the first hour… stay tuned.

    Hi,
I recently went through this melanoma surgery, however it was on my back. I work at a women’s only gym and need some energy to make it through my work shift. WHAT is this 5 hour energy vitamin supplement you were experimenting with? just wondering. Thank you for a reply! Patty

    Hey Patty!

I hope everything went well with your surgery!

The 5 hour energy supplement I took can be found at the counter of almost any convenience or 7-11 store. Come to think of it I see them most often at 7-11 stores.

I was in need of a “boost” and a friend and I tried it out. It worked fairly well for me allowing me to overcome the normal afternoon fatigue I usually get after lunch time.

If you curious you should give it a try and see how it goes. It’s not something I would do on an every day basis, but when I’m really dragging and need energy.

    Hope this helps!
