Well, to keep myself busy and to help me from dwelling on my skin cancer I wanted to get on with giving away the one month supply of Colonix that I have. I’d like to get some ideas from people as to how I should do it.  Holla back!

Yes, I’m still going (at least until my Colonix runs out). I’m like the Engergizer Colon. Anyway, I woke up this morning without the urge to make a deposit.
6:25am     4 Paranil pills
6:40am     2 scoops of Colonix Intestinal Cleanser
7:45am     Smoothie
9:00am     1st Movement – huge floating snake with faint odor
10:20am   Apple
12:45pm   Tuna melt with a carrot, apple, [...]

As I stated before I still have some Colonix left (from my second package) and I will be using it until it’s all gone. I’m guessing I have about a week or so left.
