Same as day 2… nothing spectacular. Just drinkin’ my unfiltered apple juice.

Nothing exciting to report for day two of my liver cleanse. I drank another jug of unfilitered apple juice yesterday and I’m still gassy . I have noticed an increase in bowel movements though.
